During the year 2008, his second recital CD with Itamar Golan has been released, as well as his first concerto CD, with the Royal Flemish Philharmonic conducted by Pinchas Steinberg.

Yossif Ivanov has studied the violin with Zakhar Bron in Lübeck, with Igor & Valery Oistrakh at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, and with Augustin Dumay at the Queen Elisabeth College of Music in Belgium, where he finished his studies in June 2007.
